At Born To Race, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Window

We gladly accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible.

Condition Requirements

To ensure the highest quality standards for all customers, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free of odors, marks, creasing, or signs of riding

  • Returned in original packaging

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Items that do not meet these standards will be respectfully declined and returned to sender.

Exchanges (Preferred Option)

Need a different size? We make exchanges simple.

Size exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to product availability and inspection approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Replacement shipping costs may apply.

We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed size charts before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • A restocking fee of 15% applies to returned items

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If complimentary shipping was provided, outbound shipping cost will be deducted

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or promotional items (discounts above 15%)

  • Custom or special orders

  • Gloves and undergarments

  • International orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video documentation.

We will promptly review and provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Our Commitment

Born To Race pieces are crafted for riders who demand precision and durability. Because of the protective nature of our garments, items showing signs of riding or wear cannot be accepted for return.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to maintain the integrity and quality our customers expect.
